Michael is a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul). He formed The Voice That Delivers after a successful career spanning 36 years at a Fortune 100 Company, in a variety of roles, most recently as a strategic sourcing manager where he led teams for global sourcing initiatives leveraging excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Michael listens intently to business partners to determine their wants and needs and develops a game plan to deliver on business objectives, presents senior executive briefings with fact based recommendations that allow for informed decision making, and is a thought leader who has delivered significant cost savings over the years to shareholders.

Michael has a strong love for volunteer work and was co-chair and emcee for an annual charity event that over a 6 year period raised over $80,000 for the Oral Cancer Foundation. He also served as a board member of the University of St. Thomas Alumni Association, where he served as VP of Volunteer Recognition Committee between 2005 and 2011, which developed and implemented The Society of the Arches volunteer recognition awards that is still in use today. Among these things Michael also enjoyed driving for Meals on Wheels.

In his free time, Michael is an avid golfer (lefty), water color painter and drawer (righty), cook extraordinaire, NYT Crossword nut, voracious reader of historical biographies, music listening aficionado and enjoys spending time with family and friends at the family lake cabin.
